STAR Students Excel at Perak Rapid Chess Open Championship 2025

Batu Gajah, 22 June 2025 – STAR chess players made an impressive mark at the Perak Rapid Chess Open Championship 2025 (Batu Gajah Parliamentary Level), competing in the Under-17 category.

Representing the school with focus and determination, all participants performed commendably, with three players securing top-ten positions:

🥇 1st Place: Ahmad Mus’ab bin Ahmad Umair
8️⃣ 8th Place: Muhammad Adam Darwish bin Johari
9️⃣ 9th Place: Syed Zambri Iman bin Syed Mohathir

Ahmad Mus’ab’s outstanding performance earned him the championship title, while Adam and Iman showed strong strategic play to finish in the top ten.
